I’ve said this before, Mike, and I will continue saying it. Your poem “Goddess” is one of the best poem I’ve read in this modern era because it has all the qualities that so much modern poetry lacks - especially a profound belief in the existence of a Muse or Goddess. I’m not a bit surprised that Kevin Roberts thought so highly of it and chose it as the very first poem to be published in Romantics Quarterly. Deservedly so in my opinion, and may we have more poems like it.

Martin, I'm glad you think so highly of "Goddess" and it was a tremendous honor for it to be the first poem in the first issue of Romantics Quarterly.

"Goddess" and my ars poetica "Poetry" are my tributes to the fairest of the Muses.
